Individual Psychotherapy For Adults, Adolescents And Children

The goal of individual therapy is to inspire change and improve the quality of life through self-awareness and self-exploration. Individual therapy provides you with a safe space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and concerns without judgement or shame. Through the therapeutic process, you can build a trusting relationship with your therapist to help you identify and explore challenges through evidenced based practices that inspire positive changes and healing.

Group Therapy

There can be an increased sense of support and hope when a group of people who have shared experiences gather. In a group setting, members can express their thoughts and learn from each other with a feeling of acceptance while at the same time, learning how they are responsible for their own choices and actions.

The group facilitator will offer valuable feedback to the group and individuals sharing while focusing on the content in which the group is focused.
